POOL/CLUBHOUSE RENTAL RULES
Thank you for holding your party at the Meadowgrove Club!
All clubhouse rentals must be scheduled and approved in advance by contacting:
Notes:
- The maximum guest for a pool party on the Weekends (Open end of May to end of September) is 40 people total. We never close the pool for private parties. This maximum people total for pool parties ensures that our members as well as your guests have an enjoyable time.
- The maximum occupancy for the clubhouse only event (when pool is closed) is 75 people (children included). This is a Fire Marshal requirement
- Official Renter has priority on tables and grills.
- A member hosting 10 or more guests-adults and children - becomes an official renter, and these rules apply and a pool/clubhouse rental fee will be required, otherwise your non-member guests will be asked to leave.
- The renter must be in attendance at all times during the event.
- The renter is responsible for arranging approved/certified lifeguards before the final Event booking.
- The Meadowgrove Club, Inc. will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents during this event. (signed waver)
- All Guests must park in the club parking lot not by the clubhouse. Members can park by the clubhouse, only to drop off supplies. This is a safety issue.
There are only three reasons to park by the clubhouse:
- dropping off supplies for the event/cleaning after an event
(Repark car after drop off)
- handicapped parking
- the lifeguard
We always need enough room for emergency vehicles to park by the clubhouse.
Facility Rules and After Party Required Clean Up:
- All trash needs to be emptied in the clubhouse and around the pool deck and around the clubhouse. The host must take all club trash to the green cans on the far side of the tennis courts. Not behind the white fence. New bags need to be placed in the cans. You can find them in the closet beside the ladies restroom.
- The Kitchen and Clubhouse, including bathrooms, will be placed in like or better condition after an event..
- Please do not put food down the kitchen sink drain. There is no disposal.
- Please do not leave any food or drink in the refrigerator.
- Please use cutting boards, do not cut on the countertop.
- An adult must be present when anyone under 13 is in the kitchen.
- Any tables/chairs moved will be placed in their original location. No metal chairs or indoor tables will be taken outdoors. Picnic tables in the clubhouse during the winter can be moved outdoors but must be moved back after the event.
- No nails, staples, thumbtacks, or push pins are allowed in walls or beams.
- No balloons are allowed on ceiling fans.
- Any tablecloths used will be wiped clean and placed in the closet.
- Missing items/messy clubhouse/pool area will result in loss of deposit.
- Failure to follow the above rules will result in a loss of deposit.
