Family Membership (Swim & Tennis) Membership

Please note that this is a new online membership registration system this year, so if this is the FIRST time that you have used THIS system for your membership, you should start with the "New Member/user? Please register" section below, EVEN IF you are an established member of Meadowgrove Club.

Any website login account that you may have had prior to 2020 is no longer valid - you will be creating a new website registration during the sign-up process.

Your email address will be your "Username" for subsequent logins to the website.

Passwords must be 8 or more characters and contain at least one of each: lower case (a-z), upper case alpha (A-Z), and digit (0-9). Read this article for tips on choosing and managing passwords.

Next year, when you return to this website to renew your membership, or if you upgrade your membership this year, you will  login using the "Existing Member/user? Please login" section below.

You may then also use the "Login" item in top menu bar and:

  • Update your user profile, including username, email and password
  • Upgrade your membership this year
  • Renew your membership next year
  • View any "member only" content on this website

Account Information

Memberships purchased today will expire 30 April, 2022. i.e. are valid from today through the end of the 2021-2022 season.

Please allow up to 2 days for processing to receive gate access code.

Payment Terms

  • This website does not store your credit card information. Credit Card data entry and payments are handled via a secure link to the PayPal servers.
  • A 3% convenience fee will be added for payments by credit card through PayPal.
  • You may give your Check to a membership volunteer at one of our membership drive events; or mail it to Meadowgrove Club, Inc, P.O. Box 672461, Marietta, GA 30006-0042
    (Do NOT send any correspondence to the Club's physical street address - we do not have a secure manned mailbox there)
  • Please allow up to 72 hrs after your payment has been accepted (PayPal) or funds collected (Check) for your membership to be fully processed. After processing pool members will be issued the gate access code via email.
  • Some Coupon Codes are issued to specific individuals for specific purposes (e.g. volunteer credit). Use of a code by persons to whom it was not issued will not be honored for membership payment.
